Closing the Dog Lots

Lima has over 500 government-run dog lots — concrete prisons where animals are starved, overcrowded, and left to die. We work to close them one by one, replacing the lot model with humane care, proper feeding, and the vision of Bandi's Place: Peru's first open-access animal sanctuary.

№ 02Community Renewal

Community Betterment

Neglected streets become safe spaces. Crumbling homes become places of dignity. We renovate streets, courtyards, and homes in Lima's poorest neighborhoods — turning slum areas into safe, affordable, peaceful blocks.

№ 03Zoonotic Disease Prevention

Stopping Zoonotic Diseases

This monkey was sold for $40 at a wet market in Peru — tied with cord, left on concrete. A live vector for rabies, leptospirosis, and Chagas disease. Lima's dog lots and wet markets are ground zero. We vaccinate at scale and shut down the transmission chain before the next outbreak.
